Payment Policy

Payments

We can provide you with a cost estimate prior to your appointment. We accept cash and credit / debit cards. We do not accept any other forms of payment such as PayPal, Venmo, or personal checks.​

Insurance

We are in-network with Premera Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alaska. This means you'll pay your co-pay at the time of service, and we'll handle the rest by billing your insurance.

​

For other insurance carriers we are considered an out-of-network provider. This means you'll pay for your visit at the time of service and we'll provide you with a detailed receipt with proper coding (Superbill) which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. We do not guarantee reimbursement to you from your insurance company for our services.

 

We also welcome uninsured or those who prefer to pay cash. Paying cash for healthcare can lower costs, prevent surprise bills, and provide faster access to care without insurance restrictions. It avoids delays from prior authorizations, offers privacy benefits, and can be cheaper for those with high-deductible plans. By cutting out the middleman, patients and providers can negotiate directly, leading to more transparent pricing and personalized care.
